NŪBARRE was born from a simple belief: when women feel confident in their own skin, everything changes.
I fell in love with BARRE because it made me feel stronger, happier, and more confident — and I wanted to share that feeling with others. Pairing it with the healthy glow of a natural spray tan, NŪBARRE became the first studio to combine these two services into one empowering experience.
What started as a spark has grown into a community where women of all ages come together to move, glow, and feel good. That’s what the nūbarre glow is all about. XO
About Me — The Story Behind NUBARRE
Many people ask me how NŪBARRE came to life. The truth is, it grew from a very real place — our insecurities as women. For me, those insecurities became the fuel to create something beautiful. The nūbarre glow is about embracing who we are, learning to love ourselves fully, and building confidence from within.
I’ve always believed nothing makes a woman feel more radiant than two things: the healthy glow that comes after a powerful workout, and the natural glow from a flawless spray tan. Both can transform not just how we look, but how we feel. And helping women feel good in their own skin is what drives me every single day.
When I discovered BARRE, everything shifted. I fell in love with the way it made me feel — stronger, more graceful, more confident. That’s why I tell all my clients: the best workout isn’t the hardest one, it’s the one that makes you HAPPY. Because when you love what you’re doing, the results — inside and out — will follow.
When I moved to Laval, I realized there wasn’t a single BARRE studio around. That spark quickly became a vision. Within just one year, I left a career that no longer fulfilled me, moved cities, adopted a crazy puppy, got engaged, planned a wedding, got married, and — somehow — opened NŪBARRE.
It was a whirlwind year full of self-doubt, stress, and big expectations. But my faith in this community was always stronger than my fears. I wanted to create a space where women of all ages and backgrounds could come together, build confidence, and feel good in their bodies. Watching a client fall in love with BARRE for the first time, or seeing her reflection light up after a healthy tan — those moments are what keep me going.
NŪBARRE is the first studio to bring these two experiences together — a vision born from inspiration that quickly became my passion. Today, it’s more than a studio. It’s a community. And for that, I’m endlessly grateful to all the amazing women who’ve chosen to be part of this journey with me. XO

Motherhood has deepened my appreciation for the little moments of self-care more than ever before. That’s why expanding into the wellness side of NŪBARRE has been so meaningful for me.
Our curated wellness shop is filled with natural products and simple rituals that encourage the art of slow living — caring for your mind, body, and soul. My hope is that these products help you feel balanced, aligned, and confident in yourself, just as NŪBARRE was always meant to.
And because I believe in giving women a full-circle experience, I’ve also added services like facials, body contouring, and lymphatic drainage — all designed to deepen the NŪBARRE journey and leave every woman feeling radiant, restored, and empowered.
